Goalkeeper Training

Our Goals

Building confident goalkeepers who read the game, command their area and start the attack

Focus

Goalkeeping is a position with its own technique. We coach the core skills every keeper needs, from set position and handling to diving and distribution, then train them in game situations so they hold up under pressure.

Method

Set position and footwork before every save
Safe handling: catching high, low and at the body
Diving and getting back up quickly
1v1s, crosses and commanding the area
Distribution: throwing, kicking and playing with the feet
Decision making in game scenarios

U9 – U12

Footwork, positioning and shot-stopping, applied in game scenarios.

U13 – U16

Game standard

Consistent handling at game speed, crosses, 1v1s and distribution under pressure.
